Melissa joined Lincoln in 2007 after a number of years working overseas. She is a vital member of our executive team, providing leadership in the day-to-day operations of the business including financial, human resources and commercial operations. Working with the CEO and the wider leadership team, Melissa is also responsible for steering Lincoln’s corporate planning including contributing to the development and leading the implementation of Lincoln’s Strategic Plan.
