Tim Lincoln joined Lincoln in 1991 and introduced Dr Merv Lincoln's pioneering research to private share investors with the development of Stock Doctor, Australia's premier fundamental analysis research tool.

The success of Stock Doctor paved the way for the introduction of the Lincoln Australian Growth Fund in 2003 and the Lincoln Australian Income Fund in 2012, which gives investors access to Lincoln's unique Financial Health methodology through professionally managed funds. Tim oversees the Managed Investments business and is an active participant and founding member of the Investment Review Committee.

Under Tim's guidance, Lincoln has attracted international recognition. Lincoln was invited to participate in the Global Access Program developed by the University of California in Los Angeles, to assist businesses with global potential. Tim was also selected to participate in exclusive entrepreneurial programs at Berkeley University, California .

Tim is a regular contributor to the financial press and a sought-after guest speaker at specialist investment industry events. Tim holds a Diploma in Financial Markets from Financial Services Institute of Australasia (formerly Securities Institute of Australia) and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Financial Services Institute of Australasia, Australasian Institute of Banking and Finance, Australian Shareholders Association, Australian Institute of Credit Management, and the Risk Management Institute of Australasia.

Chief Executive Officer

Elio D'Amato is Lincoln's Chief Executive Officer, responsible for driving the strategic direction and positioning of Lincoln's business. This includes heading the research and future development of Stock Doctor.

As Lincoln's primary educator, Elio regularly presents at investment industry events around Australia, including education workshops for SPAA, FINSIA, the Australian Shareholders' Association and Australian Investors’ Association.

Domestically and Internationally, Elio is a sought-after market analyst, media writer and commentator on programs such as ABC's The Business and Sky News Business program Your Money Your Call. He is also a regular monthly contributor to Smart Investor magazine with his share analysis insights.

Starting as a junior analyst with Lincoln in 2003 he has converted his market and investing experience into a driving passion to help all Australians to invest with confidence, control and peace of mind.

James is responsible for the research and analytical coverage of the industrials, energy, telecommunications, media and consumer discretionary services for Stock Doctor.  He is a key Analyst in the Research team and features prominently on the Stock Doctor Investors’ Network.  

James is also a regular contributor to The Bull share market news articles. Prior to joining Lincoln, James was the Product Manager at Colonial First State Custom Solutions.  James has a Bachelor of Commerce and Law from Monash University.
