Booking conditions (Free seminars excluded)

Places cannot be held for longer than five business days from booking without full payment being received.

If a booking is made within five or less than five working days from commencement date of the course, the booking is not confirmed until payment is received. Places will not be held and are deemed available to be given to the next client that makes payment.

All cancellations made within 7 working days of course commencement will incur the full course fee. Any cancellations provided 7 working days before commencement of the course, must be provided in writing via email or mail and will incur a 10% cancellation and administration fee. No refunds will be given for part completed courses. Lincoln reserves the right to vary course dates and course fees.
