Lincoln's Stock Doctor product is available through three levels of membership services – Stock Doctor Essentials, Stock Doctor Gold and Stock Doctor Platinum.
Stock Doctor Essentials members are not entitled to attend any webinars, training or events. Stock Doctor Gold members receive limited webinar training but are not entitled to attend group training and events. Stock Doctor Platinum members receive unlimited webinar training and can attend unlimited group training and events.
Places cannot be held for longer than five business days from booking without full payment being received.
If a booking is made within five or less than five working days from commencement date of the course, the booking is not confirmed until payment is received. Places will not be held and are deemed available to be given to the next client that makes payment.
All cancellations made within seven working days of course commencement will incur the full course fee. Any cancellations provided seven working days before commencement of the course, must be provided in writing via email or mail and will incur a 10% cancellation and administration fee. No refunds will be given for part completed courses. Lincoln reserves the right to vary course dates and course fees.
Lincoln online education and training
Any request to cancel the purchase of a Lincoln online education package must be provided within seven working days of the full purchase of the package. The request must be provided in writing via email or mail and will incur a 10% cancellation and administration fee. No refunds will be given for part completed modules within the online education package. Lincoln reserves the right to vary the online education packages and the fees charged for the packages.
